mrs. lindemann was a very special lady. she was not only the English literature teacher, she was also the faculty advisor for the vista, the new Albany senior high yearbook. she assigned and encouraged us to read literature fiction and non-fiction including " THE DIARY OF ANNE FRANK".

My heartfelt condolences to the Lindemann families on Patricia's passing. I feel somewhat reluctant to call her Patricia for I always knew her and called her Mrs. Lindemann. I had her as my Homeroom teacher and more importantly as my English Lit. teacher for my high school years (1965-66). She was one of my favorite teachers. She actually had me reading Shakespeare without my pulling out my hair. Mrs. Lindemann actually made reading Shakespeare somewhat enjoyable (?). Mrs. Lindemann always treated me well and never talked down to me (nor any other students in my classes). I always enjoyed when Mrs. Lindemann would recite and 'act out' pieces of our Lit. study. The actress in her would come shinning out. Again, my condolences for your loss.... Mrs. Lindemann, Thank You. Thank you for making English literature less painful for a high schooler. Thank you for being a great teacher.
